Samantha is the definition of a loyal little companion. She is a 5 year old small chihuahua. She absolutely adores her people and believes that the best place in the world is curled up beside you on the couch, in your lap, or tucked under the blankets in bed. While she would prefer your bed, she will graciously accept sleeping in a well cushioned kennel at night or when away from home. She is good with both big and small dogs and cats. She is good with kids as long as they respect her space. She absolutely loves just snuggling by her person and getting lots of love. She is not a very active dog and is just perfectly content laying right next to her person.
This little lady is potty trained and she even knows how to use potty pads when they're available. But please be patient with her as she gets use to another home. She is just a loyal little companion.
Samantha came to SPSPCA with her four babies who have found their forever homes. Samantha was also heartworm positive when she came to the rescue. She did have her treatment and follow up visit. She did test negative post treatment and was cleared through the vet.
Samantha’s adoption fee is $175 which includes her vaccines, spay, microchip, heartworm treatment and current monthly preventative. It is important she has her monthly preventative (which all dogs should have monthly heartworm preventative). She will be at the adoption event this Saturday 11-2 at 8901 highway 87 building 119.
