Sweet Fig 🐾❤️
Fig came from what appears to have been a hoarding situation, and the world is still a very scary place for this tiny 6-pound Chihuahua mix. She was born around 4/1/2024. She is extremely nervous and needs someone willing to move at her pace.
When things are quiet and calm, Fig will slowly come to you for love. Every night after all the other dogs settle down, she quietly cries beside my bed until I pick her up so she can sleep safely with me. Once she feels secure, this sweet girl absolutely melts into affection. She loves to give and receive love when life finally slows down around her.
Fig is looking for a quiet home with maybe one other small, calm dog. NO small children or large dogs please. She needs a patient person who understands that sometimes the best relationships are built slowly and gently.
We have not started going outside for potty training yet so she is using pee pads. The foster had her long and don’t want to push her too fast. She watches the other dogs go outside with curiosity, but she’s not brave enough to join them yet.
Life has not been kind to this little girl, but she is so deserving of kindness, patience, and safety. In return, she will become an incredibly loyal companion.

Her adoption fee is $175 which includes vaccinations, spay, microchip, negative heartworm test with current monthly preventative.
