Hello fine folks, my name is Emma. I am a Papillion mix girl born around 1/2/2018. I was found, along with my lifelong housemate, tied to a picnic table at Buffalo Springs Lake. Someone left us and our food tied up during a rain storm thinking that was okay. A nice lady saw us and took us to get help. We were posted on social media for our owners, and someone recognized us and called our owners, who were not in the country and not sure when they would return. It was decided since our dog sitters were not worthy any longer they would let us find new homes. My housemate went to another rescue and luckily I am ready to find my forever home also. I did have several mammary tumors that had to be surgically removed during my spay. I had a long recovery but I am doing well. It is preferred my future family is someone who I can spend a lot of time with. I would prefer snuggling down with my new mom or dad all day and not being left alone for super long hours. I will be okay with kids as long as they respect my space. I like dogs my size who like to play. NO apartments as I need a yard I can go potty in at my leisure without having a leash on all the time. My adoption fee is $175 which includes vaccinations, spay, microchip, heartworm negative test with current monthly preventative.
