Hello! My name is Salem, I am four years old, neutered, and fully vaccinated, and I am a very sweet but shy guy looking for my forever home. I love to be pet and am very gentle and soft spoken - my foster parents sometimes call me “Meep” because that’s what my meow sounds like. I love other cats and would be happy to have a friend. I’ve never met a dog before. I’d do best with somebody who is patient and willing to work with me to get my courage up. Once I trust you, I’ll happily sit in your lap and hang out with the loudest purr you’ve ever heard. I’ll also do anything for a Churu treat! I had a loving owner for the first few years of my life who had to give me up due to housing instability, so it is going to take me some time to warm up and trust that I am in a stable situation again. But if you are willing to go at my pace and celebrate the small wins, we may just be the perfect match!
