Chili is a one-of-a-kind guy looking for someone who appreciates a cat with a little spice. 🌶️❤️

Chili came to rescue from a local shelter with his sister. Sadly, both were very sick, and his sister didn’t make it. Chili fought his way through and is now ready to find a home that will love him exactly as he is.

Chili has tested positive for FeLV and is considered regressive. Because of his FeLV status, he will need to be the only cat in the home or be adopted with one of his FeLV-positive companions. His future family should also understand that he may need additional medical care as he gets older. He is currently healthy and can live a long life just like any other non-FELV kitty. He just needs that special family to give him that chance.

Personality-wise, Chili is definitely his own man. He’s a bit of a loner and isn’t looking for someone to fuss over him all day. He enjoys affection—but very much on his own terms. Learn his favorite petting spots and you’ll get along just fine. Get a little too adventurous, though, and you may meet the fastest paw in the West! 🤠🐾

Underneath that spicy exterior is a wonderfully chill companion. Chili is perfectly content hanging out nearby, enjoying your company without demanding constant attention. He just needs a patient, understanding person who will respect his boundaries, appreciate his quirks, and love the unique kitty that he is.
