Bear

My name is Bear

I was born to a sweet feral mama, in a boxwood hedge on 53rd Street. I have 1 brother and 2 sisters.

I was the smallest in our litter of 4, and I had an eye infection, but that didn’t stop me from being the leader in all things playful and brave. My foster mom says that's why she named me Bear. Now I’m a tall boy, which means I’ll be very big someday. I still love to lead my siblings into new adventures, climbing and exploring. I play with balls of all sizes and I love hiding in boxes and the crinkly tunnel that we have at our house.

Dinner time is my favorite. I like dry food, but wet food with sauce or gravy is my favorite. Yum !!

I love my person. I always take time from playing to come check on her and make sure she’s not lonely. She likes that a lot. I am good with kids. I am good with other cats, even BIG ones, but I have never met a dog.

Bear’s adoption fee is $150.
He is available for Foster-to-Adopt. So potential adopters must live within Lubbock County to qualify. He is up to date on age appropriate vaccines and microchipped. He will be neutered and complete vaccines when age appropriate.
For more info or to him, email adoptions.spspca@gmail.com.
